New families are required to “Join” WaspsFC via our website – this is a one time and costless registration process. You will find the “Join” button towards the top right of the website’s homepage or follow this link.

Some summary technical guidelines for joining on the Wasps FC website, please:

1. Create an account for one or each parent (or additional accounts for family/carers who you require to receive communications);
2. Then create an account for each child.
3. Once Parent and Child accounts are created you need to link as a “Family” by applying for “Roles”.
4. You need to apply for the “Role” as “Parent” for your child(ren).
5. For new members, once your child’s age-grade is determined based on her/his age at 31 August of each year, you need to apply for the “Role” as a “Player” for your child’s age-grade team (e.g. child is 7 years old on 31 August and would be graded into the U8s Team).
6. For existing members, your child will be moved-up to their new age grade before the season starts.
7. The age-grade coaches and team admins can now see your child as a member of the squad.
8. Download the Pitchero Club app. You should now be able to receive team communications (provided your Settings for communications are not switched off). This is important and it greatly assists our group of volunteering parents/coaches/admins to organise events, know your child’s availability and select teams for fixtures from the available players. Please help us to organise good experience for your cildren.
