The Wasps DPP is run by the pro team as a means of spotting and nurturing fresh young talent. It runs 3 regional DPP centres, one in each of the Wasps Academy areas; Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and Oxfordshire.

Each centre will have 100-120 players taking part, across the three age groups, feeding into the Wasps Junior Academy. The Academy will eventually only take approximately 40 players at U16. As in many sports the competition for places is tough but the journey should be rewarding for all those involved. The boys receive high level coaching, playing alongside some of the best players in the three counties represented.
