It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kaelan Paul, a Wasps FC youth player during seasons 2013-2018. He was 21 years old.
 
Kaelan achieved a great deal during his time at Wasps, helping his team to progress to the HML Division 1 plus gaining Middlesex county honours at U15 and U16. It’s a testament to his skill and hard work that he was then selected for Wasps DPP and Junior Academy.
 
Rugby was a great outlet for Kaelan and it helped him in many aspects of his life. He passed his love of rugby on to his brother, Jaiden and recently supported him at an U17 Middlesex match.

All his coaches recall Kaelan as a talented rugby player who lead by example on the pitch, swiftly gaining the respect and trust of his teammates. As he developed as a courageous player, he was a pleasure to work with, always keen to learn and ever grateful to his coaches.
 
Our thoughts and prayers are with family, friends and teammates that played with him.

He will be greatly missed.

Celebration of life is at Wasps FC, Twyford Avenue from 3pm.
